I'm a Head of Engineering and CTO: a hands-on technical leader across enterprise architecture, technical strategy, product delivery, and engineering execution. I've led architecture work for multi-billion-dollar organisations, where decisions must stand up to scale, governance, security, integration complexity, and operational reality.

My strongest work sits between business ambiguity and engineering execution. I turn strategic intent into technical direction: making architecture legible, sequencing delivery, reducing material risk, and building teams that can make sound decisions without constant escalation.

I lead from the detail as well as the boardroom. I care about systems that are simple enough to operate, abstractions that earn their place, and engineering cultures that deliver under real constraints. Whether setting strategy, reviewing trade-offs, improving delivery paths, or mentoring engineers, I stay close to the work that delivers business outcomes.
