I'm a Head of Engineering and CTO — a hands-on technical leader with experience spanning enterprise architecture, technical strategy, product delivery, and code. I've contributed architecture work for multi-billion-dollar organisations, where decisions need to hold up under scale, governance, security, integration complexity, and operational reality.

My strongest work sits between business ambiguity and engineering execution. I help organisations turn strategic intent into practical technical direction: clarifying architecture, sequencing delivery, reducing risk, and building teams that can make good decisions without constant escalation.

I'm moving deliberately back towards senior engineering leadership while staying technically sharp. I care about systems that are simple enough to operate, abstractions that earn their place, and engineering cultures that can deliver under real constraints. Whether I'm shaping strategy, reviewing tradeoffs, improving delivery paths, or mentoring engineers, I stay close to the details that make software work.
